Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at EcoPlayKit. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping Times
Because we work directly with global suppliers to keep prices low, delivery times vary by destination:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 / flat-rate shipping / tiered shipping.
Any applicable discounts or promotions will be reflected at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after the carrier scans your parcel.
If you don't see updates after 5 business days, contact us at care@ecoplaykit.com and we'll look into it.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive on different dates. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We have no control over customs policies and cannot predict the amount of any such charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you have questions.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at care@ecoplaykit.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.
For packages marked "Delivered" but not received, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look for a notice from the carrier
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date if the package cannot be located
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to claim it from customs, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12–24 hours of being placed. After this window, the order may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be changed.
